Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’), the specialist commercial property investment manager, announces the promotion of Richard Walters to Partner.
Richard, joined Orchard Street in 2011 to focus exclusively on asset management of the St. James’s Place funds following a successful track record at other property investment managers including MEPC, Legal & General, and most recently Invista Real Estate Investment Management. On joining Richard was quickly promoted to Associate and subsequently to Head of Business Space, a role he will continue to hold which sees him oversee the asset management of over £2 bn of UK real estate assets for the Firm.
